Scott Cunningham, JD

Scott Cunningham, JD, began his capital markets career in and around the futures markets of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1998 while attending the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law.

 

In addition to leading all investment and corporate development functions, Scott is a Principal with Eaton Square, a global Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Banking Advisory firm, where he leads their Jacksonville, FL, office and specializes in both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the telecom, technology and logistics market verticals.

 

A former derivatives broker and analyst with Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, Scott has also held trading, wealth management and investment banking positions with firms such as UBS, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial Derivatives & Rosenthal Collins Group.

 

Scott received Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago, School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of Alabama, with a major in International Management and a minor in Russian.

 

Scott maintains TWIC registration with the US Department of Homeland Security and a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with the State of Florida.
